I am just curious and ask myself why this icon is cut off at the top right. Does it have a reason? Sorry, everything has to make sense for me :-/ - It could be the sky, but no. The stars are there, so it is not. - Is it a dark nebula? No, it can not be recognized as one. - Is it somehow representing a dome or a building out of which the telescope is looking? No, the stars are there first before the cut off. - should it look like a button/sticker where the glue is going off? Maybe? Hmmm... - Maybe the conversion just deleted this part of the circle because in the galaxy view there is a faint dissolve in the graphic. When now converting to one color, it might have happened that it was cut off. YES, this could be it. Hmmm, what do you say. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Its more simpler than that, it has no meaning . It was related with the UI theme. We agree with you, it does not make much sense without meaning, even more when in a important and intractable icon like that one, could be misleading. We will focus in this and other UI aspects in the following months. Thanks !
