I believe this bug first occurred in 1.0.1, but still exists if I reload my save in 1.0.3. I thought I reported it already, but it appears I have not.

I chose a response for the Divide by Zero event.

5 turns later, I got the follow-up event, Defragmented.
On that same turn, I also got the separate event, Nutrition Matters.

The artwork for the Defragmented event incorrectly uses the artwork for Nutrition Matters. I don't know if this bug would occur anytime a new event and a follow-up event occur on the same turn, of it is unique to this situation.
