Alpha 2 Gift bug

A minor bug for you. I was gifted a system and accepted. The system contained a resource I had yet to discover so I was presented with a research choice instantly, however, as the system had not yet transferred to my ownership, my decision was not being accepted and I obviously could not access the next turn button either. A save is attached at the moment the gift is offered, accept it and you will see what I mean
The reason I call it a minor bug is because if you do a manual save at that point and reload, the issue resolves itself
