[Alpha 2a] Kinetic weapon overload

    A few things I noticed when overloading Kinetic Weapons in Alpha 2a:
    • Initially I thought the ability no longer worked. This is because when I overload a weapon such as the particle accelerator, it no longer allows me to manually take a second shot as it did in prior versions. Not sure if this an intended change in how the mechanic works or a bug.
    • This bug in the Alpha 2 release notes does not appear to be fixed. There is no visual for the second shot being fired.
    • The second shot does technically still fire from overloaded kinetic weapons, but...
      • The graphic showing the second shot actually being fired is not displayed, so it is not obvious that the overload is working.
      • There is an entry in the log saying "Ship has been hit using beam weapons Overload!". This is when it is being hit by a ship equipped only with 3 particle accelerator kinetic weapons.

    TO RECREATE:

    Load the attached save file.
    Click end turn.
    Fight the battle and use overload.
