[Alpha 2b] Bonus from Support Ship Percentage

Should this show 25000% ?




Here is the breakdown for this game:

Colonies with Legendary Planetary Engineers (2) = +50 x 2= 100 bonus
Colony with Master Planetary Engineers (1) = +25 x 1 = 25 bonus
100 + 25 = 125 total bonus from support ships

125 x 2 support ships in orbit of planet = +250 total bonus.

Since the modifier isn't actually a % of the planet's base production, unlike I think all the other percentages shown here, maybe a % shouldn't be provided in this tooltip for support ships? 25000% just stood out to me because of how high the number was.
