[ALPHA] Typos and Grammar

• When framing another empire, it says: "FRAMMING OPPORTUNITY" instead of "FRAMING OPPORTUNITY".

• When framing another empire, the text should be adjusted as follows:

CURRENT: "Choose who shall <LEADERNAME> frame for the tech stealing
(diplomatic relations between the sabotaged and framed empires will deteriorate):

SUGGESTED: "Which empire should <LEADERNAME> frame for stealing the technology?
(diplomatic relations between the sabotaged and framed empires will deteriorate)

CURRENT: "Choose who shall <LEADERNAME> frame for the leader influencing
(diplomatic relations between the sabotaged and framed empires will deteriorate):

SUGGESTED: "Which empire should <LEADERNAME> frame for influencing their leader?
(diplomatic relations between the sabotaged and framed empires will deteriorate)

There are probably others I haven't come across yet as well.

• Diplomacy - Gift giving a modest sum of credits can lead to this response: "It's a punny gift, but we'll take it anyway." I assume "punny" should be "puny".
