[Beta] Rival Fleet Not in System With a Settlement

    I have a fleet at one of my settlements. I have only the starting scanner tech (Gravitational Scanner) right now.

    This message is misleading. It says the rival fleet is not in a system with a settlement, fleet composition unknown... but it is in a system with a settlement? The message is either misleading or I should be able to see their ship composition at least?

    I removed the "rival fleet is not in a system with a settlement" part. Now reads "Rival fleet composition unknown. We need better scanner technology.". Thanks.
