1 Frigate, 2 Frigate+ etc
1-10 command levels based on total experience if hes level 2 he gains additional experience in battle in a frigate, but only as long as hes at level 2.
If hes level 7 he gets additional experience when commanding a battleship etc.
Leaders can/will also request combat in a ship type for which they have the command class (but are Not currently commanding) and will get additional bonuses for that ship type should they fight a battle in that type.
Eg: Leader Command level 4 currently in a destroyer may request to fight a battle in a Cruiser, theres no time limit on this request.
