So I noticed a discrepancy between the description of the natural wonder special and the amount that is reported in the BC output mouse over report. Please see the attached screen shot. I have also included a save. The name of the planet is Thioztep. Thanks and Take Care!

It looks like this is probably not a bug at all. It seems as though the space culture perk "Space Socialites" (which doubles tourism) applies to these planetary specials as well. Sorry for the false alarm!
Yeah, ideally the BC output tooltip should breakdown the tourism bonus to describe the contribution of the Space Socialites culture perk. I've added this to the big list of items to consider at some point. Thanks.
Hopefully it's way at the bottom of your list! The problem was me not being able to see a "tourism" bonus applies to tourism everywhere rather than any shortcoming with the game.
