I feel the colony structure list should distinguish into three sections Wonders buildings, Empire Buildings, and Normal Buildings. As is due to limited space on some early colonies I had to recycle a few buildings to make space for new more valuable ones. I had to keep looking up the Wonder and Empire buildings so I didn't accidentally delete one. If they were sorted into groups based on the kind of building it would be easier to not accidentally delete one.
It's a nice suggestion, I'll add it to the big list of items to consider for the future and we'll see what we can do. Thanks!
A simple icon indicating that a building is spacial and was probably expensive to build would probably be enough.
