I was clearing my msg icons and saw one to build outpost. I click on it and nothing happens. I then realize, the ship was eaten by a monster. I will include the log. I have the last to autosaves, should you want one, This time they are zipped so won't auto delete.
Yes, it's a known issue. If you lose your colony ship or outpost ship in that turn, the notifications saying you can build an outpost or colonize a world will still be there. They can't be activated, but they stay there which is confusing. This will be dealt with.
