Were the Positron Torpedoes removed? I repeatedly reloaded and searched ruins with a survey ship and expert explorer after turn 100 to see if there were any new techs I needed to add to the Wiki. I found all the ruin techs repeatedly except that one (Chaos Chain, Ion Discharger, Matter Streamer, Nano Swarm), all the data cores, leaders, ships, etc., but not the Positron Torpedoes.
Positron Torpedoes are in the game. It's extremelly unlikely they will appear before or around turn 100 though, for balance reasons, since they are quite powerful. Try around 135 turns or higher, and it should be more likely for them to be found.
