I am unable to move the slider for sound and refresh rate in settings.
    Running on unstable version 2c.
But here is the things when I revert to default settings I can move the sliders. But when I set graphics setting to "4K -3840x2160 resolution", the sliders stop working.

Can you send me the output_log you can find here: C:\Users\<your_username_here>\AppData\LocalLow\Praxis Games\ISG

Try to reproduce the issue, and when you see that the sliders are locked grab the output_log.txt and send it to me.

What sliders are you unable to move? Only the sound slider and max frame rate?

\Edit: Also, could you update to the Beta build (which is more recent than Alpha 2c) and see if you still have the issue? On Steam it should update itself, on Humble you'll have to download the new version.

    Thanks!

    Done.
Yes only sound frame rate is the issue. I can tick boxes.

Ok, I see the issue in the output_log.txt. Thanks.

So, this happens when you choose 3840 x 2160 in the resolution dropdown but not with other resolutions?

    Yes, - for 4K resolution.
I have updated to the current Beta version and it is the same issue.
I have not tried other screen resolutions like 2K wil do it as we speak.

I have now tried other resolutions like 2 K and there it starts working.
And to add another note the dropdown for resolution also stops working at 4K.

But here another thing I found when I was messing around in settings. Please have a look at these two screenshots:

Did you select all (clicked on all those resolutions with the "checkmark"), or did you just clicked on one option but then see several of them checked at once, as if they were all selected when you clicked on one of them?

\Edit: Another question, do you get the same issue when you pick any of the 4K resolutions, all refresh rates? Could you try setting a valid one. And then setting the 4K 59Hz one, to see if you have the issue.

Another question, does the monitor resolution actually changes to 4K when you choose it? And, when you close the Game Settings panel, and then open again, can you change the sound volume and the resolution is currently set to 4K ?

\Edit: Also, you only need to set the resolution once. As a workaround, try to set your 4K resolution of choice. Then exit the game. Then start the game again and check if you can change the sound volume. Check also if the resolution is still set for the one you chosed previously.

\Edit 2: One more thing, if you have the time, since I know you're going in vacation, could you set the 4K resolution and then send me the gameConf file that you can find here: C:\Users\<your_user_name>\AppData\LocalLow\Praxis Games\ISG\Conf\

\Edit 3: Also, try this: Delete your gameConf file in C:\Users\<your_user_name>\AppData\LocalLow\Praxis Games\ISG\Conf\ Don't worry, the game will generate a new one. See if this helped.

    Thanks!

When I delete Conf. file I get this: ISG4.jpg
As you can see it gets blurry on a 4K screen.

It does remember my setting for 4K, when I close the game and start it again. But the sliders stop working.

Ok, so, just to confirm, it displays the correct 4K resolution. And, when you launch the game, can you use the volume slider or not? And, if not, what sliders do not work exactly? And, do all toggles and dropdowns work?

So, in conclusion, and if you confirm the above, the only thing you cannot use is the sound volume?

The resolution is correct, but all the sliders won't work at 4K

Ok, so the only game settings that you can't use are:
    - Music Volume
    - Sound Volume
    - Max Frame Rate
    Can you please confirm? Thanks.

This is now fixed in the Gold version. Game settings' sliders now work in 4K resolutions. Thanks.
