I have only seen this once, so was going to ignore it, decide to mention just in case. I sent a scout to a system that had a number of planets. I hovered over them to see what they offered. On one planet, it just kept flashing the tool tip data. I did at one point move the mouse to a spot where it was stable, but as soon as I moved it went back to the fast flicker. If I run into it again I will post the save, unless it is already a known issue. I do not see it mention in the bug forum.
You mean, the tooltip was going to the bottom and then to the top repeatedly? Or was it just "dancing" or opening and closing (flicker)? If you see it again please send us a save. Thanks!
Hi Adam, it did not move, just flickered. That could have been a very fast open and close of the display, but I could not tell.
