I believe this bug first occurred in 1.0.1, but still exists if I reload my save in 1.0.3. I thought I reported it already, but it appears I have not. I chose a response for the Divide by Zero event. 5 turns later, I got the follow-up event, Defragmented. On that same turn, I also got the separate event, Nutrition Matters. The artwork for the Defragmented event incorrectly uses the artwork for Nutrition Matters. I don't know if this bug would occur anytime a new event and a follow-up event occur on the same turn, of it is unique to this situation. My save file is attached.
The game was not using the correct images for the followup events. The fix will be available in the 1.0.4 update. Thanks!
